Satyam Cineplex in Janak Puri

Yesterday we went to watch the Rajneeti at 9.35.with ticket nos-6859/6860/6861/6862/6863 C row.The show started 20 min late .After that complainting twice about the AC condition that why you stopped it they started ac but within last 30 min they again stopped the ac of Hall.At the end we tried to contact the Manager but seurity told us they he was on round upstairs so we waited 15 min but no response. After spending Rs. 875 for the quality service for the cineplex with family this is my worst experience with you guys so I never advise any to go and watch a movie in satyam. Its better taht we go and watch movie in Janak Hall.

This is worst hall I have ever watched a movie. Yesterday I watched IronMan. I took tickets worth 175/head. I was carrying my bag with me. I asked at the gate to keep my bag outside and give me token, they refused. I asked the guard then what shud I do with my bag? he said keep it somewhere else, but not in hall. I went back to ticket counter to return my ticket they refused to do that. Then with lots of trouble I kept my bag in a shop in janakpuri paying 50rs more...
then I went to c movie. It was most awful experience of my life. I was not able to strech my legs, sound system was bad. There was a constant noise over my head of reel rolling. I was siting at the top most row.
Thanks Satyam Cineplex for screwing my Ironman 2 experience.
AVOID this hall. Catch Metro to Rajouri Garden there are plenty of better options.

Really the cost of the tickets are very expensive than other multiplexes, so they should think about it.

Your ticket cost is so expensive than PVR Cinemas & any other Multiplexes. You should reduce the cost at the time of big competition.

It`s an OK experience at this place since the seats are in bad condition and also sound quality needs improvement .
